Katie Wilber and Jake Phillips, both of Minneapolis, plan to be married Oct. 24 in St. William Catholic Church in Foxboro.
Her parents are Jerry and Karen Wilber of South Range. His parents are Gary and Kathie Phillips of Brainerd, Minn.
The bride a 2003 graduate of Northwestern High School in Maple, graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in Minneapolis in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in history. She is a legal assistant for Pritzker x Ruohonen & Associates, P.A. in Minneapolis.
The groom, a 2003 graduate of Brainerd High School, graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, Minn., in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in physics. He is an analyst for Avant Energy Services and an assistant basketball coach for Augsburg College, both located in Minneapolis.
