Jennifer Wester and Derek Kynell, both of Plymouth, Minn., plan to be married Oct. 11 in St. Francis Xavier Church in Superior.
Her parents are Russell and Maureen Wester of Superior. His parents are William and Judith Kynell of Duluth.
The future bride, a 1999 graduate of Superior Senior High School, attended the College of St. Scholastica. She is a patient financial services representative in claims denial management for Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis.
The future groom, a 1999 graduate of Denfeld High School, graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. He is a manufacturing technician at Boston Scientific in Maple Grove, Minn.
