Her parents are Walter Welsh of Proctor, and Amy Welsh of Alborn. His parents are Robert Lockwood of Marshall and Elisabeth Lockwood of Seattle, Wash.
The future bride is a 2002 graduate of AlBrook High School.
The future groom is a 1996 graduate of Marshall High School.
