Tuesday: Strong southerly winds gusting up to 30 mph will continue to pump heat and humidity into the area. This will make for a very warm and humid day under plenty of sunshine as temperatures top out near 82 degrees on the Duluth hillside. Temps will be somewhat more comfortable in the 70s near Lake Superior, but inland areas will be pushing into the upper 80s and near 90.
Tuesday night: Clear skies will stick around with a very warm and humid night ahead with temperatures only dropping to near 60.
Wednesday: We will stay hot and humid for our Wednesday with more sunshine and a high temperature near 83. It will be a great day for the beach, swimming, or anything you can do to stay cool.
The warm and humid conditions will eventually lead to the threat of thunderstorms late Wednesday night into Thursday. Some of which could pack a punch with large hail and gusty winds.
