Tracking a warm start to the week

A warm pattern with above-average highs starts the forecast, but rain chances move in later in the week.

A chance of sprinkles once again today, but staying mostly sunny. Highs in the low 70s today, with winds relatively calm. Monday and Tuesday look pleasant with light winds and temperatures in the upper 70s and sunny skies. A chance of rain returns to the forecast by Wednesday, although temperatures will still be in the 70s. The rain chances continue into the weekend, with temperatures lingering in the 60s and low 70s through next weekend.
