Thursday: A weak cold front passing through this morning will bring a few clouds and the possibility of a stray sprinkle in the early hours, but dry air and high pressure moving in behind it will bring sunshine by the afternoon. Temperatures will top out near 72 degrees with a breezy west wind gusting up to 25 mph.
Thursday night: The sunshine will transition to clear skies in the evening with a low temperature near 45.
Friday: The clear and sunny weather continues on Friday, but colder air filtering in from a northerly breeze will keep us much cooler with a high temperature near 62.
The cool and drier air mass stays with us into the weekend with more sunshine expected. There's a chance temps could drop into the 30s in some spots of Northern Minnesota Friday night.
