Thursday: A weak front approaching the region is bringing spotty showers from the west in the morning. This transitions to isolated thunderstorms across the Arrowhead by the afternoon and evening. Temperatures reach into the low to mid-80s under a mix of sun and clouds with a breezy southwest wind.
Friday: Mostly sunny skies win out Friday with highs in the mid-80s across the Northland. A spotty shower will try to work into parts of Northwest Wisconsin in the evening from the south, but the next widespread threat for severe thunderstorms is on track to arrive from the west after midnight Friday night and move east Saturday morning. Heavy rain, damaging winds, and large hail will be possible in this period.
Saturday: Hot and humid conditions take over Saturday with a high of 86. A few thunderstorms return in the evening. Rain chances stay mostly north of the international border Sunday with the weather cooperating for outdoor activities overall.
