Thursday: We will start off the morning with some beautiful sunshine and slightly cooler temperatures in the 40s and 50s, but by the afternoon temperatures will top out near average with a high near 68 degrees. Clouds will increase in the afternoon with a few isolated thunderstorms possible mainly south and west of the Twin Ports.

Thursday night: Any isolated thunderstorms will come to an end early in the evening with clear skies overnight and a chilly low near 42.

Friday: High pressure building in from the north will bring plenty of sunshine Friday, but a lake breeze will keep us cooler with a high near 62.

A nice and sunny weather pattern continues into the weekend, as temperatures continue to be cooler by Lake Superior in the 50s and 60s with much warmer temperatures in the 70s and 80s expected farther inland.
