Our Thanksgiving consists of highs in the mid-30s under a mix of clouds and sun and an occasionally gusty wind. A passing front brings light snow for some.
There's been just enough moisture and lift overnight to generate light snow around the head of Lake Superior with a dusting on the roads. A more widespread line of light snow moves southwest to northeast this morning along a passing cold front. Snow chances clip Grand Rapids then head toward Ely before fizzling out near the border.
Highs reach low to upper 30s for our Thanksgiving under a mix of sun and clouds. A west southwest wind will be occasionally gusty.
Another disturbance passes Thursday night and brings light snow chances across Northern Minnesota and over to the South Shore before drying out early Friday morning. Friday will be mostly sunny with highs staying around and below freezing Friday.
We rebound quickly for a comfortable and sunny Saturday with highs around 40.
