Mild temps, calm weather through Thanksgiving Day
A stubborn layer of low clouds lingers and limits warming Wednesday, but a mild start will allow highs to reach the mid-30s. There's a chance for light snow north of the Iron Range Thursday morning as a cold front slides across the region. Highs reach the low 30s to low 40s for Thanksgiving Day before the cooler air settles in under a mix of sun and clouds. Light snow chances skirt across northern Minnesota Thursday night into Friday morning then skies become sunny with highs staying around and below freezing Friday. We rebound quickly for a comfortable and sunny Saturday with highs around 40. Cold air plunges back into the region Sunday night.
