An area of high pressure will work it's way into the region from the upper Plains today, and this will allow for generally quiet conditions in our region. In fact, partly cloudy skies are looking likely with highs in the mid to upper-50s across the region. Our next chance for rain will come during the middle of this coming work week as the high pressure exits our region. This will open the door for an area of low pressure to move up into the Great Lakes Region, bringing us some rain showers in the process.
