A cold start to the week

Today will be cold and windy with highs only reaching the mid teens. We start to warm up into the week with Thursday reaching the mid 30s. Thursday also brings a chance of snow into the area. Going into the weekend conditions will stay partly cloudy with highs in the mid 20s Saturday and mid 30s for Sunday.
