The Northern Lights ninth-grade girls basketball team traveled to the AAU Division II National Championships held July 8-13 in Orlando, Fla.

Northern Lights finished the tournament 2-3 and was 13-9 this spring and summer. The team played at the

highest level of play in the state of Minnesota and played Division I AAU basketball in every tournament competed in.
