Courtney Kumerow was overpowering inside, with 29 points and 17 rebounds, in lead conference-leading Wisconsin-Whitewater to an 82-66 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victory over Wisconsin-Superior on Saturday before 1,103 fans at Kachel Gym in Whitewater, Wis.

Kaitlyn Thill added 15 points for the Warhawks (18-5 overall, 12-2 WIAC).

Sally Linzmeier had 21 points and seven rebounds to lead the Yellowjackets (18-6, 10-5), while Connie Urmanski added 11 points. UWS shot just 37 percent while committing 16 turnovers.
