OMAHA, Neb. -- Minnesota Duluth rallied from a 2-0 second-intermission deficit Friday night to win its sixth straight game via a 3-2 decision against Nebraska-Omaha in NCHC play at the CenturyLink Center.
Freshman wing Karson Kuhlman of Esko, junior defenseman Andy Welinski of Duluth and junior center Cal Decowski of Andover all scored in the final 11 minutes of regulation with Welinski tying the game and Decowski scoring the game-winner with 2:35 to play.
Fresh from a bye weekend, Omaha scored on a pair of odd-man breaks in a span of 87 seconds to take a 2-0 lead after a scoreless and turnover-filled first period for both teams.

Omaha sophomore wing Justin Parizek took a pass from freshman center Tyler Vesel and beat Bulldogs freshman goaltender Kasimir Kaskisuo 11:31 into the second period with UMD down a man for the first goal. Freshman wing David Pope went top shelf to make it 2-0 later in the period.
