Duluth Central defensive lineman Garth Heikkinen, Cromwell defensive back Cody Hendrickson and Cook County running back Tait Sande will represent the Northland in Saturday's Minnesota High School All-Star Football game.
Heikkinen, Hendrickson and Sande join the rest of the Outstate All-Stars against the Metro All-Stars in the 35th annual game at7 p.m. at St. Cloud State University's Husky Stadium.
Outstate leads the series 15-13 since the current format was adopted in 1980. The89 players were selected by members of the Minnesota High School Football Coaches Association.
The game will be televised on FSN North (Charter cable Ch. 37) and on the Internet at CrystalClearSports.net.
