Three-day Duluth youth hockey tournament begins today

The Northern Exposure Hockey Tournament kicks off its eighth annual run today as 55 teams, with players ranging in age from 10 to 18, descend on the city for a three-day weekend.

The Northern Exposure Hockey Tournament kicks off its eighth annual run today as 55 teams, with players ranging in age from 10 to 18, descend on the city for a three-day weekend.

Teams from Arizona, Michigan, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Canada join eight teams from Duluth.

Games will be played at Mars Lakeview Arena, the Heritage Sports Center, Hermantown Arena, SAHA Arena in Superior, Northwoods Arena in Cloquet and Minnesota Duluth's campus arena.
