Officials say a woman was injured today at the WSA Hill Cross at Giants Ridge Golf & Ski Resort.
The woman is a resort staff member. An accident involving a snowmobile and the woman led to the victim being airlifted to Duluth at about 2 p.m., according to the St. Louis County Sheriff's Department.
The identity of the woman was not available this evening, nor was her medical condition.
