Carleton College senior Marlena Hartmann-Filson scored the only goal of the game, on a rebound in the 88th minute, as the Knights beat visiting St. Scholastica, 1-0, on Sunday in Northfield, Minn.
Carleton (4-1) outshot St. Scholastica 18-4 for the game. Saints goalkeeper Kelsey Reeves stopped six shots; Mikayla Coulombe stopped three shots for the Knights.
St. Scholastica (1-2-1) will host Northland College at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Saints Field.
