The Yellowjackets (11-11-1 overall, 6-9-1 NCHA) outshot the Green Knights (17-5-1, 11-4-1) 28-19 but didn't score until a Pat Dalbec power-play tally at 3:20 of the third period. Cody Keefer scored twice for St. Norbert.

Drew Strandberg made 15 saves for UWS, while David Jacobson stopped 27 shots for the Green Knights.
