Baseball: The 11th Superior High School Spring Training Baseball Camp is April 30-May 2 at the Superior High School gym and practice field. Designed for baseball players in Superior ages 8-14, the three-day camp features instruction from Spartan coaches and players on
fielding, hitting, bunting, pitching and base running. Three age groups include 8- through 10-year-olds, 11-12 and 13-14. Cost is $30 per child aged 8-12; 13- and 14-year-olds pay $25 for hitting clinic and $25 for a pitching clinic, or attend both for $40. Golf: The Zenith City Golf Club's annual spring banquet is Wednesday at Black Woods in Proctor. Social hour, 5:30 p.m.; meeting, 6:30 p.m.; dinner and prizes, 7 p.m.
