Section 7 Nordic meet set for today at Giants Ridge

Duluth East swept both boys and girls team titles at the 2014 section meet and will contend again.
In boys action, Ely junior Seth Prigge and Mesabi East senior Reed Melicher are ranked among the state’s top 10 according to skinnyski.com. The Duluth East boys are ranked third.
On the girls side, Duluth East and Ely are ranked in the top 10 and Mesabi East’s Emma Greenlee could give her teammate a run for the top spot.
The meet begins with the girls freestyle at 11 a.m., followed by the boys freestyle at noon, the girls classic pursuit at 2 p.m. and the boys classic at 3 p.m.
