Kelsey Mudek of Esko, Alex Horoshak of Two Harbors, Matt Kero of Duluth and Steven Perry of Poplar have committed to competing with the St. Scholastica track and field teams.
Mudek was a five-year varsity track athlete for the Eskomos and will focus on the 400 meters and relays. Horoshak was a six-time state qualifier, including a fourth-place finish in the long jump.
Kero, who competed for Duluth Denfeld and Central, was a two-time state qualifier who probably will focus on the 800 and the mile in college. Perry was part of Northwestern's school-record 800-meter relay team. He comes to St. Scholastica after a year playing football at Minnesota-Crookston.
