Zach Scalzo and Pat Mahoney hit home runs as the Hilltoppers powered their way to the win at Barnum.

Josh Serre struck out 10 in seven innings for Marshall.

Matt Bruley pitched a four-hitter with six strikeouts and Erik Magnuson was 3-for-5 to lead the Agates in Saginaw.

Kyle Gunderson's pinch hit single scored Colton Godbout with the winning run with two outs in the sixth inning as the Bulldogs won at home.

Ben Rapp picked up the win and helped his cause with a three-run homer for Carlton (10-8).

Nashwauk-Keewatin later rebounded to beat Hermantown 23-11 in a night game.

Katy Mickelson knocked in Jaymee Everson with the winning run in the fourth inning to lead the Rails at home.

Katie Gilderman allowed just three hits and struck out eight to lead Proctor.

Aleeah Baker scattered seven hits and the Spartans got two hits apiece from Emily Eisenmann, Aleeah Baker and Cassy O'Neill to down the Greyhounds.
