Joel Lindberg scored 17 points and Brent Engstrom added 15 to lead Superior back from a 10-point halftime deficit and a 52-45 victory over Cloquet in a Lake Superior Conference high school boys basketball game Friday night in Cloquet.
The win moved the Spartans (14-2, 8-0) into sole possession of first place in the LSC, two points ahead of the Lumberjacks (11-9, 9-1), who led 29-19 at the break.
Superior increased its win streaks to 32 in a row over Minnesota teams -- including 18 straight away from home -- 27 in a row in the LSC and 11 straight in games decided by double-digits.
Duluth denfeld 74, Proctor 39
Chad Bolen scored 14 points as the Hunters (9-11, 4-6) emptied the bench in an LSC home win over the Rails (2-17, 0-8).

Montclair Chapman totaled 20 points and Ben Poppen added 19 as the Trojans (8-11, 5-4) improved to 6-1 in the last seven games and swept the season series from the Hawks (4-15, 2-9).

Roz Chromy led the way with 16 points as all 15 Eskomos scored in the Polar League home victory.
