Prep report: Late goal sends Marshall past Esko in girls soccer

Late-game heroics from Kelly Alworth and Megan Coughlan sent Duluth Marshall to a thrilling 3-2 girls soccer victory over visiting Esko on Thursday.
With the Hilltoppers trailing 2-1, Coughlan assisted on Alworth’s 53rd-minute equalizer, and the duo hooked up again in the waning seconds for the game-winner as the Hilltoppers improved to 5-1 in their past six.
