No. 1-ranked Wayzata defeated the Duluth East girls soccer team 1-0 in overtime Saturday in Duluth.

Goalkeeper Sarah Lyle and the Greyhounds' defense kept the Trojans off the scoreboard for 80 minutes of regulation, but Kylie Schwarz scored the eventual game-winning goal three minutes into overtime on a penalty kick, handing Duluth East (1-1-2) its first loss of the season.

Lyle made 15 saves, while Wayzata's Megan Geppert stopped three shots.
