Hannah DeMars led the Thunderhawks (5-1) with 17 points, while Liberty Blaine (16), Taryn Hamling (15) and Meara Beighley (14) were in double digits.

Elly Schmitz scored 27 points to lead the Hawks.

Barnum 97, Duluth Denfeld 51 Jordyn Marine scored 28 points and the host Bombers fell a 3-pointer shy of the century mark in winning the nonconference game.

BOYS HOCKEYSuperior 7, North Shore 1 Cayden Laurvick scored three consecutive goals for his third hat trick in four games as the Spartans cruised to the nonconference win at Silver Bay.

Proctor 3, International Falls 3 Each scored a goal per period to end in a nonconference stalemate at International Falls.

Brady Wicklund had two goals and an assist for the Broncos.
