Prep Report: Duluth Marshall, Superior advance to Hilltopper Classic final

Duluth Central 4, Albert Lea 4
Mike Andrews scored twice in the third period, including with 52 seconds remaining, to give the Trojans a tie in the Kiwanis Holiday Festival in Rochester.

The Tigers won 1-0 in a shootout after a scoreless overtime, though the game officially ended in a tie.

Rachel Halligan scored with 56 seconds left in overtime and Paige Turner made 38 saves to give the Northern Stars the victory in the Edina Tournament fifth-place game.

Julia Gilbert and Emma Stauber each scored twice in the first period and Alyssa Wargin and Nikki Mathews each scored two goals in the third period as Proctor-Hermantown-Marshall won a semifinal game in the Burnsville Tournament.

Dyami Starks scored 31 of his 38 points in the second half, but it wasn't enough as the Greyhounds fell to fourth-ranked St. Cloud Tech in the championship game of the Granite City Classic in St. Cloud, Minn.
