Duluth East topped Cretin-Derham Hall in the third-place game of the Great Northern Invitational Soccer Tournament on Saturday afternoon at Duluth East.
Jenna Purdy scored her first career goal 90 seconds into the game, and Sarah Lyle stopped five shots to secure the shutout.
Alex Freeman got a goal and an assist, and Caroline Henderson tacked on the third goal late to secure the victory.
Woodbury topped Eden Prairie 2-1 in double overtime in the championship game.

Duluth East 1, Blaine 1
The Greyhounds played to an overtime tie with Section 7AA opponent Blaine on Saturday at Public Schools Stadium.
Blaine's Steven Shidla scored the only first-half goal, in the 29th minute. Duluth East's Connor Danielson broke free and scored on his own rebound 65 minutes into the second half to tie the game 1-1. Danielson's goal was his third in two games.
Daniel Spooner had two saves for the Greyhounds, who are now 1-0-1 this season.
