After ending Minnesota Duluth's season on Saturday afternoon at Amsoil Arena, Ohio State next faces undefeated and No. 1-ranked Minnesota at 7:07 p.m. Friday in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association women's Final Face-Off semifinal at Ridder Arena in Minneapolis.
Ohio State (19-14-3) swept UMD 4-2 and 3-0 in a first-round WCHA series. Minnesota (36-0) eliminated Bemidji State 5-0 and 8-0.
In the other semifinal game, North Dakota (25-10-1) meets Wisconsin (23-9-2) at 4:07 p.m. Friday. The title game is 7:07 p.m. Saturday.
