Most valuable player Justice Bigbie of Madison headlines the Northwoods League All-Star Team announced Saturday.
Bigbie had a .349 batting average going into Saturday while leading the league in RBIs with 70 while being second in home runs with 12.
No Duluth Huskies made the team but they certainly had some contenders such as first-half all-star Nic Kent (.373, 22 RBIs, 26 stolen bases) and late addition Kyle Jacobsen (.426, 10 RBIs, 10 stolen bases). However, neither played the entire season.
Duluth, which has a late game with Willmar tonight, concludes its season at 7:05 p.m. Sunday at Willmar.
