Two days after being routed by the state's top-ranked high school boys soccer team, Duluth Marshall came back with a vengeance to beat third-ranked Rochester Lourdes 5-2 at home Saturday.
The Hilltoppers scored all four second-half goals, including two by Thomas Welinski. Matt Klassen also added his second of the game in the final 40 minutes for Marshall (1-1), which lost 6-0 to defending Class A champion Benilde-St. Margaret's on Thursday.

Anna Rauzi's 18th-minute goal and Sarah Lyle's 16 saves gave the Greyhounds third place in their Duluth Invitational at Ordean Stadium.
Rauzi, a sophomore, scored her first career goal as eighth-ranked East (1-0-1) remained undefeated.
Woodbury, which topped the Greyhounds in a penalty shootout that didn't count in official records, beat Eden Prairie 1-0 in the championship game.

Megan Lazarro posted 15 saves for the shutout in the nonconference game at Lindstrom, Minn.

Ellie Peters scored two goals and assisted on Megan Coughlan's tally as the Hilltoppers swept the Zimmerman (Minn.) Invitational.
