Jewish integration into American baseball

Baseball devotee and former Duluth Public Defender Fred Friedman will lead a discussion on “Baseball: Integration and American Jews.” The talk includes excerpts from Ken Burns’ documentary “Baseball.”
The event is Friday, June 13, 7:30 pm. at the Temple Israel Overmann Communal Hall, 1602 East 2nd St. UMD Professor Alexis Pogorelskin will provide the introduction. A Kosher hot dog dinner will be served and a vegetarian pizza option will be available.
