The body of a missing 28-year-old hunter has been recovered from a northern Wisconsin lake, authorities said Monday.

Nicholas A. Stuttgen of Colby, Wis., was duck hunting from a boat on Cranberry Lake in the town of Hackett when he was reported missing about 2:45 p.m. Saturday. Search crews were deployed, and Stuttgen's body was found in the lake about 7:30 a.m. Sunday, Price County Sheriff Brian Schmidt reported.

Agencies involved in the search included the Price County Sheriff's Department, the Pike Lake Fire Department, the Central Price County Ambulance Service, the Tri-County Dive Team, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, the U.S. Forest Service, the Price County Coroner and the Salvation Army.
