For the second time in as many nights, the Minnesota Wilderness rode a three-goal third period to a North American Hockey League win over Janesville at Northwoods Credit Union Arena, this time 6-3.

This time, Janesville tied it early in the third before Minnesota pulled ahead. William Persson's power-play goal made it 5-4 at 5:13 of the period. Ethan Wolthers scored into an empty net with 2:04 to play before Persson added a second goal in the last minute.

Gunnar Thoreson had three assists, while Max Ruoho and Cole Crusberg-Roseen registered two apiece for Minnesota (8-3-1-0), which was 5-for-5 on the power play. Sam Livecchi made 25 saves.

The Wilderness play three road games next week starting with a Thursday game against the Chippewa (Falls) Steel.
