St. Scholastica forward Arkhip Ledenkov was named NCHA Co-Freshman of the Year, the league announced Thursday, in addition to earning All-NCHA honors.

Ledenkov, from Polotsk, Belarus, had eight goals and three assists in just six league games. His eight goals in league play led all NCHA first-year players and was second overall. He became the program’s only NCHA Freshman of the Year and shares the honor with Adrian College’s Jaden Shields.

Ledenkov was joined on the NCHA All-Freshman Team by his twin brother Filimon Ledenkov.
