The University of Minnesota Duluth will welcome home and celebrate its national championship men's hockey program at 6 p.m. Tuesday on campus at Romano Gymnasium.

The Bulldogs beat Massachusetts 3-0 on Saturday at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, N.Y. to win their third national championship in program history — all in this decade under coach Scott Sandelin — with the last two coming back-to-back.

UMD's first two titles in 2011 and 2018 came at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. The Bulldogs appeared in their third consecutive Frozen Four and NCAA title game this weekend in Buffalo.
