Minnesota youth hockey coach dies after hitting head on ice
ALBERTVILLE, Minn. - A longtime St. Michael-Albertville youth hockey coach died this past weekend from injuries he sustained a few weeks ago when he fell and hit his head on ice while coaching, according to a GoFundMe page.
Harv Graczyk had coached youth hockey for more than 40 years.
On Nov. 26, while coaching, he fell and hit is head on the ice, suffering a traumatic brain injury. On Saturday, an announcement was made on the GoFundMe page set up raise money for his medical expenses, that Gracyzk had died and the money would now be used for funeral expenses.
