Minnesota native Ethan Haider made 47 saves, and Arthur Kaliyev and Josh Nodler each recorded two points to lead the U.S. Under-17 Men's Select Team to a 5-3 victory over the Czech Republic today for the championship of the Five Nations Tournament in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

Grant Silianoff of Edina, Minn., tapped in a rebound from Kaliyev for the game-winner with less than five minutes remaining, securing the third straight Five Nations title for Team USA and eighth overall.

Minnesota Duluth recruit Jake Hale of Minneapolis led the U.S. with six points in the tournament on three goals and three assists, while Haider, of Maple Grove, Minn., stopped 75 of 80 shots for a .938 save percentage.
