Recently graduated Minnesota Duluth defenseman Willie Raskob has signed an East Coast Hockey League contract with the Worcester Railers for the upcoming season.

The Railers are an affiliate for the NHL's New York Islanders, and Raskob attended the Islanders' development camp last month.

The 5-foot-10, 185-pound Hastings, Minn., native amassed four goals and 13 assists from the blue line last winter as UMD streaked to the Frozen Four in Chicago, where the Bulldogs lost to Denver in the championship.

Raskob collected 10 goals and 49 assists in 148 career games at UMD.
