Time's running out for a chance to submit entries, individual and commercial, for prepared sausage (no cooking required) and jerky to the third annual Duluth News Tribune Great Venison Sausage and Jerky Contest.
No prizes will be awarded, but you will have bragging rights. We will announce the winners in our Dec. 19 Sunday Outdoors section and publish the winning recipes (if they aren't secret).
The deadline for entries is Tuesday. Judging takes place Wednesday.
