Ashland is sending one singles player and two doubles pairings to the Wisconsin state tournament, which starts today at Nielsen Tennis Stadium in Madison.
Senior Taylor Vyskocil is seeded eighth and will face Newman Catholic senior Ali Bennett in tonight’s first round.
Oredockers doubles teammates Maddie Clevette and Abby Davidson, both juniors, meet Catholic Memorial’s Megan Prahl and Courtney Sturm in the first round. On the other half of the bracket, Ashland juniors Mara Pierce and Kalli Mikkonen square off against Molly Cookman and Andrea Palmen of Prairie School.
