Senior quarterback Cody Baker scored on an 8-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter, snapping an 11-quarter shutout streak and giving Hermantown a 6-0 Sea-Range Conference victory over Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin in a high school football game Friday night in Coleraine.
The Hawks, shut out by Duluth Central and Proctor to start the season, improved to 1-2.

Josh Lindberg scored an 18-yard touchdown with 1:42 left in the fourth quarter to ice the Rails' Sea-Range victory at home.
Lindberg led all rushers with 85 yards on 13 carries. Teammate Tyler Haedrich had 83 yards on 11 carries. Proctor rushed for 201 yards while holding the Broncos to 77.

Senior Ryan Buria ran 13 times for 202 yards and three touchdowns, and was 3-for-5 passing for 55 yards and another score to lead MIB (3-0). Rowe, a sophomore, finished with six carries for 125 yards as the Rangers had 556 total yards.
Cody Larson had the lone score for Silver Bay (0-3).
