Outlook: The Lumberjacks remained undefeated with a convincing 58-13 win over Proctor last Friday. Damien Diver led the way with 118 yards rushing on just four carries, including a 78-yard touchdown. Diver has gained 236 yards on 11 attempts for an insane 21.5 yards-per-carry average. Marshall Hayes (27-198) and Deeken Fjeld (20-171) also are gamebreakers for an offense averaging 52.7 points and 434 yards per game. Quarterback Alec Turnbull (11-for-16 passing, 276 yards) is averaging 25.1 yards per completion and owns an astronomical 250.5 rating. … The Hawks scored TDs on four of their first five drives and led Duluth East 24-0 late in the first half before suffering an epic meltdown in a 41-24 loss Friday. QB Michael Lau completed 11 of 19 passes for 132 yards, but Hermantown’s running attack only averaged 1.9 yards per attempt and lost two fumbles. Hermantown handed Cloquet its lone regular-season defeat last year, 27-12 at home, and the teams split two meetings in 2018.

Outlook: The Rails have struggled on defense the past two weeks, losing 46-6 to North Branch and 58-13 to Cloquet. Proctor allowed 374 yards rushing and 550 total yards to the Lumberjacks. QB Evan Checkalski has passed for 209 yards this season and RB Trevor Lindberg has run for 167. The Rails lost 28-9 to East in the 2019 season. … The Greyhounds’ 24-point come-from-behind victory against Hermantown gave the team a signature win and, with a regular-season finale against Cloquet on tap in two weeks, a chance at finishing tied atop the subdistrict. RB Austan Orvedahl (43-363, 6 TDs) has been a breakout sensation, scoring three times against Hermantown, while Aaron DeBeir (25-195) excels on sweeps. QB Dean Hudoba (22-for-35, 367 yards, 5 TDs) has found a connection with tight end Simon Randorf (5 receptions, 169 yards, 3 TDs).

When: 7 p.m.

Outlook: The Rebels remained unbeaten with a 28-6 win over Crosby-Ironton on Saturday in Willow River. Logan Orvedahl (38-187, 5 TDs) rushed for 67 yards and a touchdown, while Jackson Thompson (38-187) had a 93-yard punt return among his two scores. QB Mason Olson (32-for-55, 527 yards, 5 TDs) has several receivers to choose from in the Rebels’ best pass offense ever, including Brady Watrin (9-156), Landin Kurhajetz (4-111) and Adam Olson (4-47). Rebels are outgaining opponents 425-178 on average per game. … The Gobblers lost 28-16 to Mora a week ago after opening the season with two routs. No statistics from that game or Aitkin’s season were available. Aitkin reached the 2019 Section 7AAA championship game despite a 20-0 regular-season loss to Moose Lake-Willow River.

Outlook: The Mustangs have won at least eight games in every season since 2014 and seek to continue that streak in a shortened season. Mora won this matchup 44-36 in a shootout last season. No statistics were available for the Mustangs. … The Eskomos downed Pine City 21-7 behind a balanced offense that rushed for 156 yards and threw for 114. Brock House (31-253) leads the rushing attack while QB Kevin Gregory is a triple threat who has thrown for 146 yards, rushed for 110 and leads the team in tackles and sacks.
