Jeremy Polson of Duluth was third in Sunday's Minnesota Distance Running Association 15-Kilometer road race in Edina, Minn. Dan Greeno. 23, of Roseville, Minn., led a field of 206 in 46 minutes, 55 seconds, a state single-age record, and Polson, 33, finished in 49:36.

Marilyn Schnobrich, 69, of Duluth also set a state single-age record in 1:24:00, breaking Mary Lou Carlson's mark of 1:28:12 in 1996. Brent Smith, 55, of Esko led the men's 55-59 division in 57:23.
