Duluth native Stratioti wins 400 meters at Division I meet

North Dakota State freshman Paige Stratioti of Duluth won the women's 400-meter race Saturday in the Division I Summit Conference indoor championships at Hilliard Gates Sports Center in Fort Wayne, Ind.

North Dakota State freshman Paige Stratioti of Duluth won the women's 400-meter race Saturday in the Division I Summit Conference indoor championships at Hilliard Gates Sports Center in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Stratioti led the event in 55.57 seconds and South Dakota junior Alexa Duling was second in 55.64. Stratioti also was the anchor leg on North Dakota's 1,600-meter relay team that won in 3:47.20.
