Duluth Mayor Don Ness and Duluth public schools Superintendent I.V. Foster took part in a good-natured free-throw contest on Monday at Historic Old Central High School while visiting Youth of Duluth -- an academics, basketball and character-building program. Ness won the best two-of-three contest.
The two were guest athletes and speakers at the program on Monday.
