Wright native Jason Line was fifth in the Pro Stock race during the 37th annual Lucas Oil NHRA Southern Nationals at Atlanta Dragway.
Line bowed out in the quarterfinals when he was edged by Erica Enders, who made a 6.578-second pass at 210.77 miles per hour. Line ran a 6.563 at 210.93 mph. Duluth native Greg Anderson finished ninth.
Anderson nonetheless retains his spot atop the points standings through seven of 24 events. He has 586 points, while Line is third with 515.
