Do it: Take the 'Demonstration' hike

This 3.1-mile loop trail near Two Harbors includes an interpretive brochure to let you know what you're looking at along the way. To reach the trailhead, drive north from Minnesota Highway 61 in Two Harbors for three miles on Lake County Highway 2. Follow signs from there to the Lake County Demonstration Forest.
